Welcome to the world of mindfulness and explore its benefits in a way that suits your individual needs.
I understand that some people may feel uncomfortable to learn and practice mindfulness within a group, or cannot commit to a specific date and time for the 8-week course, or even prefer a more personalized approach where the focus will be given to their specific interests and needs. This is why I am offering one-to-one mindfulness meetings.

SESSIONS
All meetings include meditation, the introduction of new topics and practices, and reflection on your experience with your home practice
It is up to you to decide how many sessions you would like to undertake. However, a minimum number of 8 sessions have proven to be effective to gain the mindfulness skills to support a happy and balanced life.
50 or 80-minute sessions available
In-person or via Zoom
FEE: Depending on duration and location, from €60 to €150 per session.
